Our 2010 Conference Theme was "Surviving the Storms of Life" which focused on teaching leaders how to more than survive, but thrive through the storms and trials of life.

Bishop Johnson has entitled the 2009 Vision Leadership Conference theme "Yet I Will Rejoice!" In the midst of economic, political, social, and international turbulence overshadowing our world today, Bishop Johnson believes that God is setting up His church for a spiritual outpouring of healing, deliverance, revival, health, and to advance the kingdom. Participants should anticipate three anointed days of Holy Spirit-empowered praise, worship, saturation in the Word of God, encouragement, challenge, and genuine fellowship. We pray that you will be able to attend along with other leaders in your church or ministry.
The Vision 2008 Leadership Conference and Convocation theme was "Confirmed Through The Covenant." Bishop Johnson unselfishly spread out His God-ordained fathering apostolic covering over the churches and pastors who enter into covenant by becoming a member of the Beth-El Fellowship of Visionary Churches; and this an analogous picture of how our Heavenly Father brings us into covenant with Him through Jesus Christ our Lord.

| Called and Commissioned
The Vision 2007 Leadership Conference and Convocation "Called and Commissioned" was designed to prepare the attendees to reach new levels of ministry and spiritual empowerment, in order to walk boldly and effectively in the CALLING in which they have been COMMISSIONED.
Now the word of the LORD came to me saying,
"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you,
And before you were born I consecrated you;
I have appointed you a prophet to the nations."
